Garlic and Herb Fried Chicken

Simple to prepare
Ingredients:
- 3-5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Garlic Parmesan Croutons
- sea Salt
- 1 egg
- 1 large baggy
Directions:
Step 1. Wash chicken breasts.
Step 2. Beat egg in a bowl.
Step 3. Crush Ideal Protein Garlic Parmesan Croutons to powder consistency.
Step 4. Dip 1 piece of chicken in egg mixture and then place in baggy.
Step 5. Continue until you have 3 pieces of chicken in baggy, seal and shake.
Step 6. Spray foiled covered pan with olive oil and place chicken pieces on foil.
Step 7. Sprinkle some sea salt on chicken.
Step 8. Bake in oven on 350 for approx. 20 minutes and turn over.
