The Fake Self-Actualization Loophole
AKA the YOLO excuse. “You only live once. Let loose! Who cares?!”
It’s true. You do only live once. But it would be best to aim for a long, happy, healthy life.
The Planning to Fail Loophole
AKA the subtle set-yourself-up-for-failure excuse. “I’m just going to buy snacks and beer in case our guests want it.”
But guess who consumes it? You.
The “This Doesn’t Count” Loophole
AKA the “I’m on vacation” or “I’m sick” excuse.There are no magical freebies or get-out-of-jail-free cards.

You can begin challenging your mind and reasoning by focusing on the loophole.
Create a plan on how you’ll address these loopholes or loophole triggers.
Even Better yet:
Challenging your mind will produce dopamine in your brain and act as a reward.
Step 3. Find Your “WHY”. It’s easy to give in to a temptation or take the easy way out without this driving force.
