Faux Fried Chicken
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Mashed Potato Mix
- sea salt to taste,
- cayenne pepper,
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- egg whites (for dipping chicken into)
Step 1. Mix ingredients together (dry).
Step 2. Using boneless chicken breasts or boneless breast meat stips, dip into egg whites, then into the Mashed Potato mixture.
Step 3. Spray pan with olive oil.
Step 4. Sauté chicken until cooked through.
