Faux Fried Chicken
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Potato Puree
- sea salt to taste,
- cayenne pepper,
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- egg whites (for dipping chicken into)
Step 1. Mix ingredients together (dry).
Step 2. Using boneless chicken breasts or boneless breast meat stips, dip into egg whites, then into the potato puree mixture.
Step 3. Spray pan with olive oil.
Step 4. Sauté chicken until cooked through.
