Garlic Fried Chicken
Good for all Phases
Easy prep, quick cooking
Ingredients:
- Thin chicken breasts or chicken strips
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 egg white
- Olive oil spray
Directions:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 425.
Step 2. Crush fresh galic
Step 3. Whip the egg white
Step 4. Add chicken strips to the egg white and mix well.
Step 5. Cover chicken/chicken strips with garlic
Step 6. Place coated chicken strip on baking sheet, spray some olive oil on top of chicken and bake 425 until cooked (about 20 minutes).
