Zucchini Chips
Simple and Quick
Great for all Phases
Ingredients:
- 3 medium zucchini,
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1. Slice zucchini into 1/4-inch chips.
Step 2. Preheat oven to 450°F.
Step 3. Toss zucchini slices with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4. Spread out on in a single layer on a jelly roll pan.
Step 5. Roast 7 minutes. Turn zucchini over. Roast another 7-8 minutes.
