Sweet Cabbage
Simple and quick
Great for all Phases
Ingredients:
- Red cabbage (or bagged red cabbage)
- juice from 1 jar of sweet pickles (made with Splenda)
Directions:
Step 1. Cut up the cabbage, or open the bag and place into a pan.
Step 2. Pour the juice over the cabbage and bring to boil.
Step 3. Reduce heat and let simmer on stove for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Eat warm or let cool in refrigerator and eat with your meal
