- 1 -2 Zucchini
- Fresh Garlic
Step 1. Using a julienne peeler or mandoline, create ribbons of zucchini noodles.
Step 2. Heat EVO, and garlic.
Step 3. Toss in the Zucchini strips (ribbons) and sautee lightly for 5 minutes.
Use as a side dish
Toss chicken, fish or beef on top for a tasty lean meal.
