Roasted Red Pepper Dip with Cauliflower
Good for phases 1-3
Simple and quick
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of roasted red peppers
- 3-4 large cauliflower florets
- salt
- garlic
- basil
- 1/2 packet Stevia or Splenda
Directions:
Step 1. Drain the jar of roasted red peppers.
Step 2. Steam the cauliflower to soften completely.
Step 3. Blend all of the ingredients above adding the spices to taste.
Serving Suggestions:
Use as a dip for your vegetables.
