Turkey Spinach Burgers
Good for Phase 1-4
Simple to make
- 1 bag spinach, chopped
- 4 scallions sliced thin
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
- sea salt and Pepper
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Step 1. Combine spinach, scallons, garlic, turkey and cumin.
Step 2. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3. Mix together well.
Step 4. Form into hamburgers (Do not pack the meat tightly).
step 5. Pan sear for few minutes on both sides.
Step 6. Put into the oven and bake 350° until cooked through.
