Easy to prepare
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
- 1 garlic clove sliced
- 1 bunch of Kale – cleaned, stem removed,
- 1 oz. of Chicken Stock
Step 1. In Sauté pan place EVO and garlic, cook until brown.
Step 2. Add Kale, chicken stock, salt and pepper.
Step 3. Cook until Kale is wilted.
