Easy to prepare
- 4 c. coleslaw mix, or plain cabbage mix,
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped,
- 5 tbsp.Stevia
- 5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar,
- ¼ c. water, ¼ teaspoon sea salt,
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Step 1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and pepper.
Step 2. In a smaller bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3. Pour over the cabbage mixture. Toss to coat.
Step 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
