Chocolate Chip Loaf
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Chip Pancake
- 1.8 oz. water
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. chocolate extract (optional)
- 1/2 packet Spenda/Stevia (optional)
Step 1. Mix all ingredients very well.
Step 2. Spray non stick spray into small loaf pan.
Step 3. Bake on 350 – for approx. 15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
For a more moist loaf, add 1/2 tsp. grapeseed oil.
