Herb Vinaigrette
Good for Phases 1 – 3
Easy and quick to prepare
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Stevia or Splenda
- 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. cilantro
- 1/2 c. EVO( extra virgin olive oil)
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all but the EVO in blender.
Step 2. Slowly add the EVO until the mixture is emulsified.
Serving Suggestions:
Use the Vinaigrette as a dressing, marinade or to dip your vegetables.
