It’s January 2nd, still keeping that resolution?

Every January 1st,  resolutions are made, by January 2nd,  many of those resolutions have already been broken.  What was your resolution this year?  For many it’s just to get into shape, and for other’s it’s to get BACK into shape.  With more than 1/3 of our adult population obese, something must change.  We cannot just focus our energy on losing weight, we must start to focus on how to eat mindfully so that weight does not become our issue (again).   If  it’s that time to get reset, then come on in.  This journey is about YOU.. not about anyone else.   For those that need to reset, come on in and let’s get back on the program and relearn how to lose those extra pounds that you may have put on at holiday time.  For those that made a new resolution this year, come on in and learn how BodyTech can help you.  We offer FREE workshops weekly (usually Tuesday evenings) and 1 Saturday per month.  Drop us an email and let us know that you would like to be added to our weekly emails so that you can find out when the next workshop will be (for those reading this today..it’s TONIGHT January 2, at 6:30).  Send your email requesting to be added to Email Me

I’m writing to tell how appreciative I am to have found out about your program and more importantly how much I appreciate your support when I began. Your frequent calls really helped me get through the first week. I never perceived myself as overweight but knew that my weight was consistently increasing. Although I worked out daily I was unable to avoid, for me the dreaded 200 pound mark. When I hit it, I knew I needed to do something. I went on your program and within 2 weeks was down over 13 pounds. Its now been 3.5 months and I’ve been able to maintain a weight range between 171 and 176. I feel great, my waist has gone from a 36 to a 33, and my eating habits have improved. Please feel free to share my story, as I’m an extremely happy client. FG, Potomac
