Rutabaga Hash Browns
Great for phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 large Rutabage
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- sea salt
Directions:
Step 1. Peel the Rutabaga.
Step 2. Grate the Rutabaga (remember to measure out no more than 2 cups per meal).
Step 3. Add 2 Tsp. of olive oil to a frying pan.
Step 4. Lay the grated Rutabaga in the bottom on pan, spreading it out thin to coat the pan. Allow to sauté until dark and with spatula, flip the vegetable and cook on the other side. Continue to do this until golden brown all through the vegetable.
Step 5. Add sea salt to taste.
