Red Pepper Coulis
Great for phases 1 – 3
Easy to prepare
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup EVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1 shallot
- 2 packs Splenda,
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Step 1. Place the vinegar and all of the seasonings in blender.
Step 2. Add the vegetables and pulse.
Step 3. Add the oil and pulse again.
Add lean ground beef, Lean Turkey, or Chicken and chili powder along with diced peppers and zucchini for a spicy chili.
Use as a sauce over the Ideal Protein Rotini noodles.
Use to marinade vegetables, chicken or seafood.
