Potato Rolls
Good for Phases 1-4
Quick and easy prep
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Potato Puree
- 2 tbsp. of egg whites (or 2 egg whites)
- 1/4 tsp. of baking powder
- 4 tbsp. of water
- 1/3 packet of splenda
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together well.
Step 2. Scoop small amount into compartments of small muffin tin.
Step 3. Bake 450 ° for approx. 8 minutes (watching closely as to not over cook) top should be lightly brown.
Servings:
Makes approx. 10-11 small muffins and equals 1 serving.
