Mustard Meatballs
Good for all phases
Easy 4 steps
Ingredients:
- 24 oz. lean ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. caraway seeds
- 1 tsp. ground paprika
- 1 tbsp. ground black pepper
- 1 c. fresh parsley leaves, minced (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 large egg
Instructions:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 400.
Step 2. Mix all ingredients together until well blended .
Step 3. Form into 1 oz meatballs.
Step 4. Cook 20 minutes.
Servings: 4
Serving Suggestions:
Dip in mustard and serve with a side salad
