Mashed Cauliflower and Kale
Easy to prepare
Good for phases 1 – 4
- 1 package fresh kale
- 1 package fresh spinach
- 1 head fresh cauliflower
- fresh galic
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
- Sea Salt
Step 1. Steam Cauliflower until soften.
Step 2. In food processor, add fresh garlic, salt, olive oil, parsley.
Step 3. Sautee kale or spinach separately.
Step 4. Mash the cauliflower with the ingredients from food processor.
Step 5. Serve the mashed cauliflower over the kale or spinach.
Serve as a side dish
Top with chicken or fish
