Maple Glazed Ham
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 8 oz. lean cooked ham steak
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms pancake syrup
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Step 1. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 2. Sprinkle with the pepper.
Step 3. Spray non stick spray on pan, and heat.
Step 4. Place ham in skillet and cook for three minutes on each side.
Step 5. Transfer ham to a serving plate, cover to keep warm.
Step 6. Turn heat on the burner down to medium and add the syrup, mustard and vinegar and heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Step 7. Spoon the glaze over the ham slices.
