Chili Spiced Cauliflower
Simple to make
Great for all Phases
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. chili pepper
- 3/4 tsp. cumin
- Sea salt and pepper
- 3 Minced garlic cloves
- Lime juice
- Parsley
Directions:
Step 1. Cut up the cauliflower
Step 2. Mix together all ingredients except lime juice and parsley
Step 3. Place into a 9 x 13 dish
Step 4. Bake on 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
Step 5. After cooking, squeeze juice of lime and add chopped parsley – mix together.
