- 1 Head of cauliflower
Step 1. Grate the head of Cauliflower.
Step 2. Either boil, or lightly sautee’ the grated Cauliflower “rice” pieces or serve raw.
Serve under steamed chicken, or steamed shrimp with soy sauce.
Mix in other vegetables such as roasted red pepper, raw onions
