Easy and fun to make
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp. Ideal Protein Mashed Potatoes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 3 egg whites
- 4 tbsp. olive oil in spritzer container
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
Step 3. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and mix well.
Step 4. Place in oven safe dish and roast cauliflower on 350° for 20 minutes.
Step 5. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
Step 6. Place all ingredients into blender/mixer and mix until batter forms.
Step 7. Form small balls with the cauliflower batter, place on baking tray (spray foil or tray with non stick spray) and flatten.
Step 8. Bake on 425 ° for 10 minutes, turn and spray other side, and bake for 10 more minutes.
