Cinnamon Pizzelle

Good for all phases
Simple to prepare

     Ingredients:

• 1 Packet of IP Golden  Pancake Mix
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 Splenda packets2 oz. water
• Cinnamon to taste (up to 1/2 tsp.)

Directions:
Step 1: In Bowl mix dry ingredients
Step 2: Add the 2 oz. water and mix well
Step 3: Heat the Pizzelle maker
Step 4: Add the batter (approx 1 tbsp) to each side of mold
Step 5: Lower lid and bake for approx 1 minute 20 seconds.
Step 6: Let cool until crispy.
