We all have them..fluctuations in weight even when we have stayed the course. You weigh yourself often, and many times you get different numbers on the scale. There are many reasons for these fluctuations.
1. Undigested food from the previous 24 hours
2. Water you omit while you sleep (you omit water while you sleep in your breath as you exhale) which can contribute to the lower weight first thing in the morning
3. Sodium ingested the day before (hidden in the foods we eat, not necessarily from the added sea salt).
4. Stress hormones (stress hormones increase your blood pressure by making your body hold onto sodium which can push up your weight.)
