Fish – Ceviche

Good for all Phases
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. white fish (Tilapia, Grouper, Snapper, Flounder)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of orange (in maintenance only, squeeze of 1 whole orange)
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp. green onions chopped
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 grated garlic
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro
  • salt to taste

Directions:
Step 1. Rinse fish and place in a medium sized bowl.
Step 2. Pour lime juice over the fish.
Step 3. Chill all day or oernight until appears cooked.
Step 4. Empty 1/2 of lime juice from bowl.
Step 5. Add tomatoes, green onions.
Step 6. Stir gently.

Step 2. Pour lime juice over the fish.
Step 3. Chill all day or oernight until appears cooked.
Step 4. Empty 1/2 of lime juice from bowl.
Step 5. Add tomatoes, green onions.
Step 6. Stir gently.
