Easy to prepare
- 1 lb. white fish (Tilapia, Grouper, Snapper, Flounder)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of orange (in maintenance only, squeeze of 1 whole orange)
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 tbsp. green onions chopped
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 grated garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. cilantro
- salt to taste
Step 1. Rinse fish and place in a medium sized bowl.
Step 2. Pour lime juice over the fish.
Step 3. Chill all day or oernight until appears cooked.
Step 4. Empty 1/2 of lime juice from bowl.
Step 5. Add tomatoes, green onions.
Step 6. Stir gently.
