Spicy Brussel Sprouts
Great for all Phases
Simple to prepare
Ingredients:
- fresh Brussel sprouts (approximately 35)
- 4 tsp. grapeseed Oil
- 3 tsp. spicy mustard,
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar,
- sea salt
Directions:
Step 1. Wash Brussel sprouts.
Step 2. Place in a baggy.
Step 3. Mix together the oil, mustard, vinegar, and sea salt.
Step 4. Pour mixture over the Brussel sprouts.
Step 5. Let Brussel sprouts marinate for a few hours.
Step 5. Bake in oven for approx. 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
