Easy Broccoli Cauliflower Hummus
Great for all Phases
Simple to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 head (or bag) cauliflower
- 1 head (or bag) broccoli
- garlic to taste
- sea salt to taste
Directions:
Step 1. Microwave cauliflower and broccoli for 6 minutes (don’t let get mushy).
Step 2. Place small amounts at a time of both into blender (ninja type works best).
Step 3. Blend and repeat for entire vegetables.
Step 4. Add garlic and sea salt to taste.
