Good for all Phases
Quick and simple to prepare
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 3 egg whites
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Nacho Cheese Dorados
- 2 c. chopped peppers
- 2 c. chopped leeks
- 1/4 c. Walden Farms Ketchup/ or Yo Mama
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- sea salt
Step 1. Saute leeks and peppers and let cool.
Step 2. Crush Ideal Protein Southwest cheese curls (not too fine).
Step 2. Mix all ingredients including the saute vegetables.
Step 3. Place on foil lined baking pan, or in loaf pan.
Step 4. Bake on 375 until golden brown on outside and cooked through on inside.
