Faux Fried Fish

Easy to Prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Crisps (flavor of your choice)
- 1 6oz fish filet
- sea salt
- garlic (optional)
- egg whites
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Step 1. Crush IP Crisps in blender fine, mix in salt, garlic (optional)
Step 2. Dip filet into egg whites, then into crisps.
Step 3. Place filet onto baking sheet.
Step 4. Bake 350, until cooked.
Step 5. Spray olive oil in pan, and heat.
Step 6. Quickly pan sear the filet to desired crispness.
