Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Nacho Cheese Crisps (crushed)
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 .c chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. EVO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning (msg and sugar free)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 pinch of garlic (fresh or powder)
Step 1. In saucepan, saute celery and olive oil.
Step 2. Stir in seasonings and crushed IP Crisps and coat well.
Step 3. Slowly mix in Chicken soup.
Step 4. Allow to cool, and liquid to be absorbed by the Crisps.
Step 5. In Pyrex dish, add the above and bake 350° for 10 minutes.
