Baked Vegetable Mac and Cheese
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Macaroni and Cheese
- 1/4 c. broccoli
- 1/4 c. cauliflower
- 2 tbsp. egg whites
Step 1. Prepare Mac and Cheese as directed.
Step 2. Lightly sautee vegetables.
Step 3. Mix vegetables into Mac and Cheese, egg whites.
Step 4. Add to small baking dish (or 3 ramekins)
Step 5. Bake on 375° for approx. 15 minutes.
