Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet of Ideal Protein Cheddar Cheese Omelet
- 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff, but not dry
- 1/4 tsp. herbs de Provence
- 1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
Step 1: Prepare omelet as directed.
Step 2: Fold in remaining ingredients.
Step 3: Spray small souffle or baking dish with non stick spray.
Step 4: Pour into small soufflé or baking dish.
Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
