Flank Steak
Good for all phases
Simple to make
Ingredients:
- 4-6 oz. flank steak
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions:
Step 1. Marinate flank steak in ½ cup soy sauce for at least 2 hours.
Step 2. Broil or grill until fully cooked.
Serving Suggestions:
Pair the steak with mashed cauliflower for that steak and potato feel!
