Braised Red Cabbage
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- One head of red cabbage, chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cardamom
- 1 c. water
- 3 packets Splenda
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- sea salt to taste.
Directions:
Step 1. Place all ingredients in a pot.
Step 2. Place on stove, simmer, stir occasionally until the cabbage in tender.
