Kohlrabi Stir Fry
Great for Phase 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 10 oz. bag of kohlrabi (or 1-2 spiralized Kohlrabi)
- 1/2 c broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. cauliflower florets
- 1 large celery stalk – cut into pieces
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper – to taste
*Optional – Ideal Protein Chicken Patty or Lean Ground Beef
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together using only 1 tsp olive oil.
Step 2. Heat remaining olive oil in sautee pan.
Step 3. toss in veggie mixture and cook until your liking.
Pair with an Ideal Protein food, Mix in lean ground beef or chicken, or enjoy by itself.
