Kohlrabi Stir Fry

Great for Phase 1 – 4
Easy to prepare


  • 1 10 oz. bag of kohlrabi (or 1-2 spiralized Kohlrabi)
  • 1/2 c broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c. cauliflower florets
  • 1 large celery stalk – cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper – to taste

*Optional – Ideal Protein Chicken Patty or Lean Ground Beef

Step 1. Mix all ingredients together using only 1 tsp olive oil.
Step 2. Heat remaining olive oil in sautee pan.
Step 3. toss in veggie mixture and cook until your liking.


Serving Suggestions:

Pair with an Ideal Protein food, Mix in lean ground beef or chicken, or enjoy by itself.
