7 Habits To Ensure You NEVER Lose Weight
1) Ease into the diet by taking baby steps.
There is no place for moderation when dieting to lose weight. Significant accomplishments in life don’t happen with small steps. There is no middle ground to dieting.
(Moderation is something you can practice AFTER you lose weight)
2) Don’t make changes to your diet until your circumstances are “perfect.”
Waiting for that perfect time to lose weight and improve your health is only the perfect way to guaranteed you NEVER lose weight or improve your health.
(Stop using your circumstances as an excuse to delay taking care of yourself.)
3) Keep looking forward to the end of your weight loss journey.
Constantly looking forward to the end of your weight loss journey is not productive or helpful. Stressing over how hard it will be and how long it will take to lose weight is a perfect recipe for failure.
(Don’t look forward or back. Deal with the immediate, today. If you do this each day you will be well on your way to eating correctly)
4) Eat all meals at restaurants and always order appetizers and desserts.
Eating at restaurants means you are consuming at least 300-800 more calories than a healthy meal prepared at home.
(Serious dieters understand the need to cook even the most simple meals.)
5) Make soda, juice, and alcohol your beverages of choice.
Make soda, juice or alcohol your go-to drink, and you’ll be sure not to lose weight. Moreover, you’ll likely gain weight. Soda, juice and that favorite cocktail are forms of “liquid candy” that encourage weight gain.
(Water is the only drink your body needs.)
6) Stay clueless, never read the ingredient labels.
Forget following healthy dietary guidelines. Just eat whatever and how much you want. Live in the moment with your food and don’t worry about what you are putting in your body. That’s no fun.
(You have to eat daily for the rest of your life. Learning to read labels is critical.)
7) Don’t limit your sugar intake.
No need to worry that there are 50 different names for sugar and it’s hidden in just about every prepared or processed food you eat. Sugar tastes great, that’s all you need to be concerned with. No need to worry that sugar is eight times more addictive than cocaine, fattening, inflammatory and toxic.
(Sugar is the enemy. Learn to eat correctly.)
