Easy to prepare
- 4 medium fresh tomatoes, quartered
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 basil leaves
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Step 1. Puree fresh tomatoes.
Step 2. Add olive oil, garlic, basil and crushed red pepper.
Step 3. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
1. Use over Ideal Protein Rotini.
2. Add fresh lean ground beef or turkey and chili spices.
3. Pour over poultry or fish and bake
