Roasted Red Pepper Coulis
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- ½ c.apple cider vinegar
- ¼ c. EVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1 shallot
- Basil
- 2 packs splenda,
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1. Place half the vinegar and all of the seasonings in blender.
Step 2. Add the vegetables and pulse.
Step 3. Add the oil and pulse again.
