Garlic and Herb Meatballs
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean hamburger meat
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Garlic Parmesan Crouton – finely crushed
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- pinch of onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2. Knead the hamburger meat.
Step 3. Form Meatballs.
Step 4. Broil to your liking.
