Tandoori Chicken
Good for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 6-8 oz boneless/skinless chicken
- 2 tsp. tandoori spices
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1 c. vegetable coulis
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. chives
- ¼ tsp. grape seed oil
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1. Wash chicken.
Step 2. cut up peppers.
Step 3. Prepare coulis – Roasted Red Pepper Coulis recipe.
Step 4. In a hot non-stick pan, add oil and chicken.
Step 5. Let sear for approximately one minute.
Step 6. Add bell peppers and ginger, vegetable coulis, and chives.
