Cheesy Asparagus
Good for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein White Cheddar Ridges
- 15-20 asparagus spears
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Step 1. Crush the package of IP White Cheddar Ridges.
Step 2. Rinse the asparagus.
Step 3. Pour Olive Oil in 8×8 bakeware.
Step 4. Lay the asparagus spears in the oil and toss.
Step 5. Pour the crushed White Cheddar Ridges on top and toss.
Step 6. Bake on 375 for aprox. 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
