Spicy shrimp with Bean Sprouts
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb.Shrimp – peeled and sliced in half
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic
- ½ bunch of scallions – sliced,
- 1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 lb. of bean sprouts- washed
- 1 oz. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. EVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Directions:
Step 1. In sauté pan place 1 tsp. EVO.
Step 2. Add bean sprouts.
Step 3. Sauté for 30 sec then add soy sauce.
Step 4. Remove from sauté pan then place on a plate.
Step 5. In same sauté pan add tsp. EVO place in ginger, garlic and scallions.
Step 6. Add shrimp and chili garlic sauce.
Step 7. Cook until shrimp are done and place over sautéed bean sprouts.
