Crispy Green Beans

Great for Phases 1 – 4
Simple to prepare


  • 1-2 c. fresh green beans
  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Salt and Vinegar Crisps (pulse until crumbs)
  • egg whites
  • salt


Step 1.  Drop green beans into egg whites, then into a ziplock bag.
Step 2.  Pour the crumbled IP crisps into the bag, seal and shake.
Step 3.  Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.
Step 4.  Lay out the beans on the sheet.
Step 5. Bake on 450° approx. 20-30 minutes, until beans are crunchy.
