Vegetable Lasagna Soup
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Rotini
- 1 c. vegetable broth
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 clove garlic chopped fine
- 1 c. chopped veggies of choice (zucchini, yellow squash, peppers, celery, mushrooms)
Step 1. In slow cooker, add all ingredients for approx 5 hours (until all vegetables are tender).
Step 2. In separate pot, bring water to boil, and boil rotini for 7-8 minutes, drain.
Step 3. Add rotini to slow cooker and cook 15 more minutes.
