BBQ Spinach Egg Bites
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein BBQ Crisps
- 1 egg
- 2 c. chopped spinach
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning of your choice (oregano, nutmeg, thyme)
- pinch of sea salt
Step 1. Preheat oven to 450.
Step 2. Crush BBQ crisps into powder.
Step 3. Mix all ingredients well.
Step 4. Form balls from mixture and place on parchment paper(if too wet, put into muffin tin).
Step 5. Bake approx. 15 minutes.
Dip in mustard, or favorite Walden Farms dressing/ dip.
