Roasted Rosemary Turnips

Ingredients:
- 2 large turnips – peeled and diced.
- Chopped Rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Misto( use an olive oil spray) with extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
Directions:
Step 1. Line pan with diced turnips.
Step 2. Spray the turnips with EVO.
Step 3. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Step 4. Bake in oven on 350 ° for 40 minutes, until turnips are soft and slightly brown.
