Oatmeal Muffins
Good for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Oatmeal (maple or apple)
- 1/3 c. egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp. Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp. of Stevia or Splenda
- 1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp.grape seed or olive oil (for a more moist muffin)
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Spray nonstick muffin tin.
Step 4. Pour mix into muffin tin
Step 5. Bake at 375. Approx 20 minutes.
