Great for Phases 1 – 3
Simple to prepare
- 2 tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. no sugar chicken broth
Step 1. Mix all ingredients well.
Step 2. Bring mix to boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Use to marinate shrimp, chicken or fish. Use as a dressing.
