Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great for Phases 1 – 3
Ingredients:
1 chocolate chip pancake mix (dry)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Stevia
3 tbsp. egg whites
2 tsp. grape seed or olive oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract or
1/4 tsp. Ideal Protein vanilla drink mix
Directions:
Step 1. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients starting with the dry ingredients.
Step 2. Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Step 3. Drop 1 spoonsful of dough approx. every 2 inches on cookie sheet.
Step 4. Bake approx. 10 minutes on 350.
